Sanbond tile adhesives

Best Tile Adhesive in South India

IS 15477 compliant, polymer-modified tile and stone adhesives for floors, walls, large slabs and swimming pools – trusted across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Our tile adhesive range

Every Sanbond tile adhesive is a cement-based, polymer-modified thin-set adhesive applied at a 3 mm bed. Compared with traditional sand-cement mortar, a thin-bed adhesive gives a stronger, more even bond with less material on site. Choose the grade that matches your tile, surface and location.

How to use

How to fix tiles with Sanbond tile adhesive

  1. Prepare the surface. Make sure the plaster, screed or existing tile is firm, clean and free from dust, oil and loose material.
  2. Mix with clean water. Add the adhesive to water and mix to a smooth, lump-free paste.
  3. Spread a 3 mm bed. Apply with a notched trowel on the surface, working in small areas at a time.
  4. Fix and press the tiles. Place each tile, press it firmly into the bed and level it.
  5. Grout after setting. Let the adhesive set before grouting. Sanbond epoxy grouts give stain-free, waterproof joints.

Always follow the mixing ratio and times printed on the Sanbond bag.
